Maintenance

Preventative planned maintenance is an essential requirement for every business ensuring the mechanical and electrical systems are functioning as designed and to limit any breakdowns.

A&H Projects have fully trained and motivated engineers who will complete the required maintenance work quietly and methodically.

Any shut downs and out of hours working will be completed with full communication with the client.

The appropriate records, test certification and schedules will be produced and forwarded ensuring our clients are fully up to date with the required program of works.

We provided tailored packages to suit the requirements of each individual building that we maintain this will include a detailed list of all the equipment installed, the maintenance procedure required and the frequency of how often maintenance to each item will be completed.

Any servicing requirements such as; gas appliances, fire alarms and intruder alarms will be included with-in our package.

The electrical periodic test and inspection certification will be issue when required and on going emergency lighting and electrical percentage checks will be completed.

Remedial work that may be identified when completing the general maintenance will be priced at an agreed rated with-in the maintenance contract, hourly rated plus a percentage on materials supplied.

Any maintenance contract will have a built in 24hour 365 day a year call out service assuring a rapid response in the event of an emergency.
