There are a number of different types of fuels generally used
for heating requirements with-in the UK.
At A&H Projects we have fully qualified engineers
to install service and maintain Gas, LPG and Oil equipment, from
boilers to water heaters.
Gas:
This type of fuel is generally found in cities and built up areas.
Gas fuel can serve boilers, cookers, water heaters and fires all
of which A&H Projects cater for. This type of fuel is supplied
by a local service provider and is regulated and metered.
LPG:
Liquid petroleum gas (LPG) is generally found in rural areas.
LPG can serve boilers, cookers, water heaters and fires all of
which A&H Projects cater for. This type of fuel is supplied
by local and national companies and is supplied in bottles which
have to be secured correctly, externally positioned and the appropriate
regulators and change over switches fitted.
Oil:
Oil is used as a fuel for boilers in remote and rural areas and
be can purchased from local and national companies. Oil comes
in two grades and the appropriately graded oil should be purchased
for your boiler. Storage tanks and fuel lines will have to be
correctly installed to accommodate the fuel source.
