Automatic fire alarms are an essential precaution in almost any building, and have been shown time and again to have been a major factor in saving life and property.

Commercial & Industrial Systems
We have wide experience of all the sensors and controls used in industrial systems, and will advise customers on the most effective and economical way to install and configure equipment. There are clearly wide variations in requirements, depending on the layout of a building, the number of occupants and the kinds of activities undertaken.

We will work in co-operation with customers Health & Safety executives and, where necessary, the Fire Service and Local Authority, to ensure our proposals meet the approval of local inspectors as well as providing the best possible protection for the people directly involved.

System Outputs
Our work with fire systems includes interfacing them with other systems and equipment. Automatic telephone alarms, sprinkler system switching, mains service and hazardous process shutdown, automatic unlocking of escape doors and switching in of low voltage emergency equipment are some common examples.

24 Hour Cover
Our services with fire systems include 24 hour cover for automatic telephone alarms. If a fire situation is indicated, we will then initiate a program of action agreed in advance with the customer.

Domestic Systems
In the course of security surveys for residential customers, we suggest the use of smoke detectors as a matter of routine. However, even these simple devices require a measure of experience to site and use effectively, and we are always happy to advise.

We will provide full maintenance cover for any fire system or equipment we install.
